PixelKraft LLC (“PixelKraft”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides custom web design, development, branding, and related digital services. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, all payments for services are considered final and non-refundable, except in very limited circumstances outlined below.
By engaging PixelKraft LLC for any services, you agree to this Refund and Returns Policy in full.
1. No Refunds on Services Rendered
Once a project has commenced—defined as any consultation, planning, development, or creative work initiated—no refunds will be issued for services rendered. Our time, technical expertise, and creative resources are allocated specifically to your business, and as such, all payments are final.
This applies to:
• Web design and development services
• Consulting and strategy work
• Branding and creative direction
• Integrations, platform setup, or third-party configurations
• Monthly service retainers or hosting fees
2. Deposits and Retainers
All deposits, setup fees, and retainers are non-refundable. These payments secure project time in our production schedule and compensate for the onboarding, scoping, and planning work that occurs prior to active development.
3. Client-Initiated Cancellations
If a client decides to cancel a project after work has begun:
• No refunds will be issued for any completed work.
• Any unpaid work to date remains billable and due immediately.
• PixelKraft may, at its sole discretion, deliver any partial work completed up to the point of cancellation.
4. Limited Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in the following rare scenarios:
• A duplicate payment was made in error and verified by our team
• A payment was processed fraudulently without client authorization
• PixelKraft LLC is unable to deliver a service due to internal capacity constraints, and no work has commenced
All refund exception requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 7 business days of the original payment.
5. Digital Goods
If PixelKraft offers digital assets for sale (e.g., templates, downloads, or pre-built components), all sales are final unless otherwise specified on the product page.
No refunds will be provided for:
• Accessed or downloaded digital files
• Misuse or incorrect implementation of digital assets
6. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution without contacting us first to resolve the issue will be considered a breach of our terms. PixelKraft reserves the right to dispute chargebacks and provide documentation of the work performed and services delivered.
Clients who initiate chargebacks may have their service terminated and may be subject to additional legal recourse if fraud or misrepresentation is involved.
