Project tracking
Larger builds may use a shared board (Trello, Asana, or your preferred tool). Small fast-turn jobs may run entirely over email — less overhead, same clarity.

Hours & time zones
Core hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm Central. We work with clients globally and schedule calls across zones when needed. Emergency production issues get attention outside hours when you are on a managed hosting or priority support plan.
