On /menu, /hosting, and /seo, checkout supports:

Pay in full	One Stripe payment; work starts after confirmation
Deposit	Partial payment now, balance due before launch or per invoice schedule
12-month financing	Spread eligible one-time project fees across twelve monthly payments (consent required at checkout)
Subscribe	Monthly plans for hosting, SEO, retainers, and similar recurring services

Deposits secure your slot and cover kickoff work. They are non-refundable once we begin — see refund policy.

Custom projects & quotes

For scoped work outside packages, we typically use:

Structure	When we use it
50% deposit / 50% at completion	Common for smaller custom projects
Milestone billing	Longer builds — e.g. deposit, mid-project, pre-launch
Retainer prepay	Monthly or quarterly for ongoing hours

Everything is written in the proposal before work begins.

Methods & currency

We invoice in USD via Stripe (card and supported bank methods). Texas clients may owe applicable sales tax — we note that on the invoice.
