What is your refund and cancellation policy?

Custom work is generally non-refundable once started; duplicate charges and billing errors are exceptions. Full policy also lives in legal docs.

Before work starts

If you change your mind before any work begins, contact us — we may offer a partial refund or credit depending on scheduling impact.

Chargebacks

Contact us first if an invoice looks wrong. Unwarranted chargebacks breach our agreement; we document delivery and dispute invalid claims.

We prefer solving problems over cancelling — if scope or expectations drift, talk to us early.
