| 2. Onboarding | Agreement, deposit or payment (payments help), access to hosting and domains, content checklist. Website builds require hosting first. |
| 3. Design | Mockups or wireframes for key pages (when included). Revision rounds per your package — typically two to three for full builds. |
| 4. Development | We build on staging: responsive layout, forms, integrations, performance and SEO basics baked in. |
| 5. Review | You click through staging, test forms, and send consolidated feedback. We fix in-scope items before launch. |
| 6. Launch | DNS, SSL, redirects, analytics, and search-console setup. We monitor closely in the first days live. |
| 7. Handoff & training | Credentials, a walkthrough of how to update content (or request updates from us), and documentation when the build is complex. |
| 8. Ongoing support | Optional hosting, SEO, or retainer plans; ad-hoc help always available. |
Communication stays transparent at each stage. If something threatens the timeline, we say so early — usually because scope or content shifted, not because we went quiet.
