How many revisions can I request during the design process?

Most website packages include two to three design revision rounds; narrow-scope work may include one. Extra rounds are quoted if needed.

We include revision rounds so you are happy with the result without endless loops.

Revisions by package type

Package typeTypical revision rounds
Full website builds (Essentials, Starter, Growth)2–3 rounds — initial presentation, refinement passes, then approval to build
Landing Page Launch1 structured round plus minor polish
Scope change (new layout, new brand, major new sections)Quoted separately — not counted as a revision

How to use revisions well

  • Collect feedback from stakeholders into one consolidated list per round.
  • Call out must-haves vs nice-to-haves.
  • Share example sites you like early — it reduces back-and-forth.

Minor tweaks (spacing, button label, color nudge) are usually fine within the included rounds. If direction changes completely after approval, that is scope change, not a revision — we quote before proceeding.

Our goal is collaboration upfront (references, mood, sitemap) so most projects finish inside the included rounds.
