We aim to respond to verified requests within 30–45 days, or as required by applicable law.
10. International transfers
PixelKraft is based in the United States. If you access our Services from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate. We use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses where applicable) when transferring data internationally.
11. Children’s privacy
Our Services are not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
12. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” signals. There is no uniform industry standard for responding to DNT. We currently do not respond to DNT signals but honor applicable opt-out rights described in this policy.
